Defined problem
The customer began with a concrete development, research, testing, analytics, or data-governance workflow to evaluate.
CUSTOMER PROOF
Aethelis uses a permission-based process for turning successful evaluations and customer outcomes into credible proof for future buyers. Customer participation never automatically grants permission to publish names, logos, quotes, results, or other identifying details.
QUALIFICATION
The customer began with a concrete development, research, testing, analytics, or data-governance workflow to evaluate.
The evaluation approach and relevant Aethelis capabilities can be described accurately without exposing sensitive data.
Any outcome presented publicly must be supported by evidence from the engagement rather than assumptions or marketing estimates.
A customer reviews and explicitly approves the details that may be made public before Aethelis publishes them.
EVIDENCE MODEL
What workflow or constraint motivated the evaluation?
What was evaluated, under what scope, and which Aethelis capabilities were involved?
What measurable or otherwise verifiable result was observed?
Which statements are supported, which details remain confidential, and what may be published?
PERMISSION CONTROLS
Organization name, approved logo, approved quotations, and approved engagement details may be used only when explicitly authorized.
When identification is not appropriate, proof can describe an approved industry or workflow without identifying the organization.
A successful engagement does not have to become marketing material. Customer evidence may remain private.
Participation in a pilot, Design Partner evaluation, or commercial deployment does not by itself authorize Aethelis to publish a customer's name, logo, quotation, results, or identifying information.
REUSABLE FORMATS
A structured problem → evaluation → outcome story using only approved claims and details.
A concise approved outcome for relevant product, industry, or sales materials.
A controlled summary that helps a prospective customer evaluate a comparable workflow without exposing confidential information.
PUBLISHED CASE STUDIES
Aethelis does not publish placeholder customer names, invented testimonials, or unsupported outcomes. Case studies will be added after qualifying engagements and explicit publication approval.
